What we do
Zoi Skincare and Aesthetics is a one-woman skincare and aesthetics clinic, owned and run by Zoe Holland. Zoe specialises in providing a tailored service for those aspiring to transform, enhance or revive their appearance. In the 'book online' section of this website you will find the treatments offered at Zoi Skincare and Aesthetics split into four categories:
Anti-ageing
This range of treatments aim to soften and reduce the appearance of the key signifiers of ageing skin. These signifiers tend to be the work of gravity and time, think forehead wrinkles, crows feet and smile lines. Sometimes you want a way to make these lines and wrinkles not so glaringly obvious but without committing to something like surgery, this is where our anti-ageing treatments come into play. Expertly placed anti-wrinkle injections or filler can be transformative for many people as the softening of deep lines makes a visual difference you didn't know was possible until you try it!
Corrective
This category is one which is particularly special to many practitioners in the aesthetics industry because of the emotional weight many of the treatments carry for clients. The aim of corrective treatments is for the results to look completely natural. For example, a liquid rhinoplasty which can even out that little bump in your nose, or the gummy smile treatment which drops the top lip to reduce the amount of gum you show when smiling, even the treatment for hyperhidrosis which reduces excessive sweating. None of these treatments are meant to scream "I've had my lips done!!!", but rather create harmony and give the client a new kind of confidence.
Enhancing
Our enhancing treatments all build on the features you already have in order to enhance your natural beauty. These treatments can make your cheekbones pop a little bit more, make your jawline a little sharper and your lips a little fuller. Zoi skincare and aesthetics was not built on the idea that more is more or bigger is better. Now, as we are able to see how certain aesthetic treatments have impacted the faces of celebrities we all know and love, it is clear that transformation through injecting masses of filler does not help people attain a long term desirable look. Particularly with aesthetic treatments becoming increasingly popular with the younger generations, Zoi skincare and aesthetics continues to uphold the belief that injecting more millilitres of product doesn't mean better results and aiming to enhance natural features rather than completely change the face is safer for the mental and physical wellbeing of the client.
Skin Revival
Primarily non-invasive, skincare regimes and facials are a great option for those who want to address their skin concerns without having any injections. This means the results of these treatments are always entirely you and the look will always be natural. Acne, hyperpigmentation, lacklustre skin, fine lines and many other skin concerns are all treatable through a correctly prescribed skincare regime and of course a little bit of time and patience too!
Zoe and her expertise
As a Registered General Nurse for 21 years, a Nurse Prescriber for a decade and an Advanced Clinical Practitioner for 9 years, Zoe is proud to be able to bring wealth of medical knowledge to her clients and fellow practitioners. A passion ignited by her own personal experience (and struggle) with the effects of ageing on her skin, Zoe began her journey into the world of aesthetics and medical grade skincare in 2018. After two years of research, networking and courses Zoe opened her own clinic, Zoi Skincare and Aesthetics, in 2020. Now, starting 2024, Zoe operates her clinic while working as an ACP at Rotherham Hospital and Sheffield Teaching Hospitals as well as regularly offering her help at local medical centres. Zoe now has an ever-growing clientele who trust and rely on Zoe to provide treatments for their diverse range of aesthetic goals and needs.
The Treatment Room
Based on the edge of Rotherham and just off Sheffield parkway and the M1, Zoe hosts clients from surrounding towns and cities such as Barnsley, Chesterfield, Wakefield and Leeds. While Zoe loves seeing potential clients for face to face consultations, she does offer virtual consultations, allowing you to discuss your goals and options without leaving your home. Zoe operates the clinic out of her cosy treatment room which is situated within her home, Zoe prides herself on an environment that nurtures the feeling of comfort, trust and safety.
Your experience with Zoi Skincare and Aesthetics
As Zoe is the CEO and sole practitioner at zoi skincare and aesthetics, at every stage of your treatment you will experience a very thorough and personalised service. Beginning with a consultation, Zoe will get to know your aesthetic goals, your medical history and also your personal feelings, anxieties, hang-ups and past experiences surrounding aesthetics and skincare. From this Zoe will suggest a suitable approach and treatment plan for your concerns. Sometimes clients are ready to jump right in and the pre-treatment phase is relatively straightforward. If you prefer a slower pace then don't worry, Zoe is able to provide extensive information to inform your decision, additional chit-chats about your concerns and alternative approaches to the goals you have in mind.
On the day
So it's the day of the treatment, what should you expect?
1. Zoe will drop you a reminder message the day of your treatment, reiterating the time of your appointment and the treatment you have booked.
2. When you arrive at the address, knock on the front door to soon be greeted by Zoe.
3. Zoe will show you to the treatment room and get you settled in with a hot or cold drink.
4. Once you're settled Zoe will go over your treatment, establish your expectations and explain the steps of the treatment she will complete.
5. Then it's time to sit back and relax while Zoe works her magic!
6. Once your treatment is finished, Zoe will assemble an aftercare kit for you and explain how to care for the treated area in the hours and days to follow.
7. After your treatment Zoe will check in with you and remain available for you to contact in case you have any concerns.
